You want to realize automatic dosing with your microfluidic set-up? Then check out the Flow Control Software Kit. This bundle includes everything you need to properly utilize the mp-Multiboard2 and the Flow Control Software package for Bartels FluidicStudio, the software solution for the mp-Multiboard2.

The mp-Multiboard2 is the flexible base for your microfluidic system. You can easily add-on any components needed to fulfill your specific needs. Check out the mp-Multiboard2 page to get all the technical details.

The Bartels Pump | BP7 – Tubing micropumps are the heart of the system. They are miniaturized double diaphragm pumps. Due to this, The Bartels Pump | BP7 – Tubing is small, versatile and reliable. This software bundle includes 6 micropumps. If you want to order more, you can simply do that on the The Bartels Pump | BP7 – Tubing in the shop.

The liquid flow sensor and the driver chip complete the package. Depending on the flow rate you need, there are two different options you can chose from:

• For flow rates that range anywhere from 0.5 – 8 ml/min: To properly dose within this range, you need the liquid flow sensor SLF3s-1300F by our partner Sensirion. In this case, we include the mp-Driver in your bundle.
• The lower flow rates that range from 0.005 – 1 ml/min: In this case, you require a the Sensirion SLF3s-0600F liquid flow sensor. To reach these flow rates, we add the mp-Lowdriver in the bundle.

The Flow Control Software package in combination with the right liquid flow sensor is a small but intelligent dosing systems. It allows flow rates to be set with the highest level of precision for different fluids – whatever the temperature or viscosity.

Please note that you require all the components listed here to properly utilize the functionality of the Flow Control Software package. But, in case you already own some of these components, it might be better for you to pick-and-choose the missing parts.
