The key to the successful use of microtechnology is well-designed and flexible electronics that enable easy control of the system. Our goal is to provide a microelectronics solution for your microtechnology application.
As a result, we now have a rich portfolio of electronic components for microtechnology, from laboratory applications to integration into mobile devices. In other words, from large-scale control to accompanying your series electronics, we offer a complete setup to turn an idea into a real success.
And to go one step further towards series production in microtechnology, we also offer an microelectronics briefing that enables the savvy professional to integrate our electronics into their own application in a cost- and space-saving way.
Access to the full range of driving parameters. A system for the professional evaluation of the micropumps.
The mp-Multiboard2 is an evaluation board which allows the control of up to three of our I²C controlled pump drivers by an ESP32 microcontroller. Our drivers are the mp-Highdriver4, the mp-Highdriver, the mp-Lowdriver and the mp-Driver. Up to six mp6 micropumps can be connected to the board simultaneously. An external power supply connection via USB Type-C is available. However, the board can also be powered via the microcontroller’s USB port. The board has several auxiliary ports for use with active valves, pressure and flow sensors. The mp-Multiboard2 comes pre-programmed with interface software and a Windows application. In addition, because of the esp32, a connection via bluetooth can be established for wireless use. The interface protocol will be available soon.
The mp-Highdriver drives the micropump at adjustable performance in a package similar to an integrated circuit. This microelectronics driver enables integration into system electronics or on a PCB.
The mp-Lowdriver drives the micropump at adjustable performance in a package similar to an integrated circuit. This microelectronics driver enables integration into system electronics or on a PCB.
The mp-Highdriver4 is a pump driver that allows driving up to four mp6 micropumps simultaneously. This microelectronics driver comes in a package similar to an integrated circuit that enables integration into system electronics or on a PCB. The driving frequency, amplitude and also the driving signal is adjustable. Sine signal and rectangle are available amongst others. Every pump can be activated and deactivated individually. This driver is configured and controlled through an I²C interface.
The mp-Driver drives the micropump at adjustable performance in a package similar to an integrated circuit. It enables integration into system electronics or on a PCB.
The technical data for all microelectronics components can be taken from the data sheets (in the download area).
Please note: Our driver chips are covered with a protective coating in single-unit quantities.
For higher quantities, these are shipped without this protective layer.
