The Bartels Pump | BP7 micropump conveys small volumes of liquids and gases
The Bartels Pump | BP7 – the latest innovation from Bartels Mikrotechnik – is designed for maximum efficiency in even the smallest application areas. This piezoelectric membrane micropump seamlessly integrates into fluidic systems, reliably handling liquids, mixtures, and gases.
With more than 25 years of experience in micropump technology, the BP7 is the 7th generation of our micropumps, further refined for enhanced performance across a wide range of industries.
Weighing just 2 grams, our micropumps are designed for a wide range of applications.
They offer particle tolerance down to 40 µm and excellent temperature resistance, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging conditions.
Compact yet powerful, these micropumps are ideal for space-constrained systems, delivering consistent results for both gases and liquids across diverse industries.
The BP7 micropump is a robust and reliable solution for microfluidic systems. Each pump undergoes rigorous testing and quality control before it leaves our factory, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
With its low maintenance requirements, you can integrate it seamlessly and immediately focus on building your system without worrying about failures or weak points.
Depend on our proven micropump technology for your needs.
Our micropumps combine cost efficiency with high-quality performance. Made almost entirely from durable PPSU plastic, they enable high-volume production at reduced costs without sacrificing reliability.
Thanks to their space- and energy-saving design, these micropumps are a smart and affordable choice for industries demanding both advanced functionality and cost savings.
Versatile and durable, they set a new standard for affordability.
Not every application is the same. We offer tailored liquid and gas handling solutions to match your specific requirements.
The micropumps in Bartels’ BP7 series are compact and robust double diaphragm pumps.
At their core, they operate with two piezo actuators, which drive the diaphragms to enable fluid movement. These actuators are electrically connected via a flexible cable, ensuring efficient energy transfer.
All components are housed in a sturdy, space-saving casing, providing durability and ease of integration into various systems.
The functional principle of Bartels micropumps is based on a piezoelectric diaphragm in combination with passive check valves.
A piezo ceramic mounted on a coated brass membrane is deformed when voltage is applied. By the resulting down stroke, the medium is being displaced out of the pump chamber below. The check valves on both sides of the pump chamber define the flow direction.
Even in the most demanding applications, our BP7 micropumps prove their versatility.
Whether in:
– our micropumps set new standards.
Our BP7 micropumps are truly tiny, but they have what it takes. With extremely small dimensions and low weight, they are already equipped for many fields of application. But that is not all. These little powerhouses offer an impressive particle tolerance of up to 40 µm and are extremely temperature-resistant. This makes them a real all-rounder for a wide variety of applications. Variable flow rate adjustment guarantees a wide range of possible applications.
Standard solutions don’t always fit your needs. We design and adapt micropumps to your exact specifications – from flow rate and materials to seamless system integration.
For example, our 4-channel flow control system, designed and assembled entirely in-house, showcases our ability to deliver fully customized solutions tailored to your application.
