Accessories Kit

The Accessories Kit includes our most popular microfluidic accessories for a number of different applications. It includes both of our tubing options (Tygon and silicone) as well as hose clamps and y-connectors.

mp-t Tygon tubing:

The Accessories bundle includes our Tygon tubing with an inner diameter of 1.3 mm. This transparent, sterilizable tubing (1.3 mm inner, 3 mm outer diameter, 0.85 mm wall thickness) is compatible with liquids and gases, resistant to chemicals, and prevents deposits. It finds applications in laboratories, pumps, and analytical instruments, enhancing pump productivity.

mp-s silicone tubing:

Our transparent mp-s silicone tubing, with a 1mm inner diameter and 1mm wall thickness, is a perfect match for The Bartels Pump | BP7 – Tubing and all Bartels Mikrotechnik microfluidic components. It finds applications in medical, food, and drinking water sectors, accommodating both liquids and gases. The tubing excels with its temperature resistance (+200°C, short-term up to +250°C), steam sterilization capability (+134°C), weathering resistance (ozone, UV light), moisture insensitivity, and a tensile strength of 11 N/mm². While cost-effective, it has slightly higher gas permeability compared to mp-t Tygon tubing, making it less suitable for specific gas applications.

mp-hc hose clamps:

Introducing the mp-hc hose clamp: a tiny yet effective solution for securing hoses to individual components like The Bartels Pump | BP7 – Tubing. While our tubing holds well on its own, certain applications demand extra security. High-pressure systems, in particular, benefit from these PPSU clamps, preventing leaks and ensuring a reliable setup. Measuring only 4mm x 5.1mm, they are designed for use with our mp-t Tygon hose 1.3mm.

mp-y connectors:

Our Y-connector is designed for parallel use of two micropumps, allowing tubing with inner diameters ranging from 1.3 mm to 2.6 mm (0.0512 in. to 0.1024 in.). Made of polypropylene (PP), it ensures reliable connections for your microfluidic applications.
