FluidControl Plus Kit – the mp-Multiboard2 with automatic dosing

Do you want to achieve automatic dosing in your microfluidic setup? Then check out the FluidControl Plus Kit. This bundle includes everything you need to properly utilize the mp-Multiboard2 and the FluidControl Plus license for Bartels FluidicStudio, the software solution for the mp-Multiboard2.

The mp-Multiboard2 is the flexible base for your microfluidic system. You can easily add any components needed to fulfill your specific requirements. For all technical details, please visit the mp-Multiboard2 page.

The heart of the system is the Bartels Pump | BP7 – Tubing micropumps. These are miniaturized double diaphragm pumps, making them small, versatile, and reliable. This software bundle includes 6 micropumps. If you want to order more, you can simply do so on the The Bartels Pump | BP7 – Tubing product page in our shop.

The liquid flow sensor and driver chip complete the package. Depending on the flow rate you need, there are two options to choose from:

  • For flow rates up to 40 ml/min: To properly dose within this range, you need the liquid flow sensor SLF3s-1300F by our partner Sensirion. In this case, the mp-Driver is included in your bundle.

  • For flow rates up to 2.0 ml/min: In this case, you require the Sensirion SLF3s-0600F liquid flow sensor. To reach these flow rates, we include the mp-Lowdriver in the bundle.

The FluidControl Plus feature combined with the right liquid flow sensor creates a small but intelligent dosing system. It allows you to set flow rates with the highest level of precision for different fluids—regardless of temperature or viscosity.

Please note that all components listed here are required to fully utilize the functionality of the FluidControl Plus feature. However, if you already own some of these components, it might be better to pick and choose the missing parts.
